You have a question during the purchasing process of a Belfius product in your Belfius Mobile app? Then start a video chat by pushing the red button at the bottom of your screen. This video chat runs automatically via the Belfius Connect app, so you will need to install it separately on your smartphone. Belfius Connect (Mon-Fri 10 a.m. 6 p.m.) allows you to have a face-to-face video chat with a Belfius expert who will answer your specific questions. This app is free. So is the video chat, provided you use a secured Wi-Fi connection. Make sure, though, nobody listens in when you are discussing banking business.
Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
